The Swans Enterprise Programme aims to inspire by developing enterprising behaviour and attitudes; nurture protégés from a pre-start (egg) stage into new businesses (cygnets), and then support them as they grow into established businesses (swans).

The Swans Enterprise Programme is a comprehensive package of support for anyone thinking of starting their own business.

1. Pre-start personal development profiling to identify your strengths and check out your suitability for enterprise and/or to identify different career pathway choices.
2. Business coaching and facilitation. We will help you carry out market research and produce a business and marketing plan to get you started.
3. Training on book-keeping, business finance, marketing, Health & Safety and business law.
4. 6-month business mentoring programme. Our mentors are 'real' people running 'real' businesses (see WINGS section on website).
5. 12-month membership providing a full page profile on the Swans website, link to own website, ability to upload logo and video, access to members only area of the website and a wide range of downloadable resources, reduced cost of all Swans events, member to member benefits and support from fellow members.
